KAHN architecture designed and developed the headquarters offices for the 100-year-old Joseph P. Day Realty Corporation, located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. The office spans across the full floor of the building, totaling 6,000 USF. There are many state-of-the-art design elements throughout the space, which include a millwork feature wall, window treatment with the New York skyline, and built-in back lighting, as well as custom wallpaper in the pantry. The design includes new glass office fronts, a new reception area, a pantry, and several multipurpose amenity spaces, meeting rooms for the tenants of the building to utilize. The real estate office space includes executive offices as well as open workstations. New furniture was selected and coordinated throughout the space.
