KAHN architecture was hired as AOR for the retail space of the Hobby Lobby location in the Financial District, New York. The project scope included lobby design, back-of-house layouts, MEP coordination, and construction administration, in addition to reworking all of the mechanics of the AC and heating units. First NYC store debut for the Midwest big box arts and crafts retail brand with over 950 locations. 50,000 SF is dedicated to retail sales.
