Kahn Architecture was hired as Architect-Of-Record for two high-end luxury watch retail stores located in the Shops at Hudson Yards in New York City and the Short Hills shopping mall in New Jersey. Working with the client’s European design firm, Kahn Architecture has coordinated all design goals and developed the detailed contract documents, which include millwork, fixture elements, lighting, and finishes. The tenant renovation scope also included a buildout of an extensive back-of-house area, a new storefront as well as a stone slab feature wall and light boxes for artwork/graphics.
