KAHN architecture was retained as the Planning and Architect-of-Record, and to PARIS 64 BRAND SL for the first U.S. retail build-out on the Ground Floor located at 465 Broadway.
KAHN architecture also coordinated all design goals and developed the detailed contract documents, which include lighting selection, the completion of the cellar storage, the refreshed toilet room, and added a European-style finish on the walls, in addition to installing brand-new hardwood floors.
