KAHN architecture worked with this independently owned investment firm that provides customized investment counsel services to individuals, families, and trusts on their office relocation. Having worked with the client on renovations in their previous office location, Kahn was able to easily transition to creating an entirely new and updated environment for the new location. The design focused on multiple client meeting spaces and a large light-filled open workstation area, taking advantage of the impressive NY harbor views. Multiple support spaces, such as phone rooms, wellness rooms, intern stations, and a large open concept pantry with community seating, are arranged along the main circulation path through the space.
